Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your mission will be to ensure smooth and timely flow of inventory to and from the warehouse. You will have three areas of responsibility:

  • Keep Amazon in stock
      • Program ICs, prepare components, and ship them to the factory
      • Receive and spot check incoming inventory
      • Plan, prioritize and schedule incoming and outgoing shipments
      • Resolve problems with deliveries and invoices
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with managing a team of 3-5 people
      • Make sure team members show up on time and get the work done 
      • Use encouragement, recognition, threats, guilt, and public shaming to promote our superior company values
      • Report key department performance metrics to the Warehouse and Ops teams
      • Train, coach and mentor team members
  • Keep warehouse tools and systems in good working order
    • Ensure all warehouse inventory is properly handled and stored
    • Perform cycle counts and adjustments
    • Monitor storage locations, investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies
    • Fix broken software and equipment
    • Maintain Fishbowl (ERP) data integrity

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Competent in MS Windows, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Type at least 40 words per minute
  • Able to regularly lift 50 lbs without showboating
  • Not be scared of heights (we have a tall step ladder)

Additional Role Details

  • Salaried (exempt)
  • 40 hour work week
  • Flexible schedule, ranging from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday
