Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your mission will be to support the smooth and timely flow of inventory to and from the warehouse. You will have four areas of responsibility:

  • Handle Shipping and Receiving
    • Ship orders domestically and internationally using XPS Ship, Amazon Seller Central, and FedEx Ship Manager
    • Package and box integrated circuits (ICs) for shipment
    • Check received items against POs and packing lists
  • Operate programming equipment
    • Use a suction tool to load ICs into the programmer
    • Complete production work orders in the inventory management application (Fishbowl)
    • Update production spreadsheets
  • Organize and handle inventory
    • Perform cycle counts
    • Package, label, and store inventory
    • Use Fishbowl to correctly track and record inventory movement within the warehouse
    • Operate small hydraulic press to destroy unsellable products
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
    • Lift inventory using proper form to reduce risk of injury
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Regularly dispose of warehouse trash

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (Required)

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Spoken and written English proficiency 
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Type at least 30 words per minute
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly 
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Able to sit for long periods
  • Able to make precise hand movements
  • Be able to work on a tall step ladder

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Fishbowl Inventory, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Shipping experience
  • Inventory management experience
